Ridiculously Fun Games Even Parents Will Love 🎲♟️🎯

We LOVE play games in my family. It's the perfect way to come together and enjoy each other's company, away from the screens.

Here at Teich Toys, we're always searching for games that are easy to learn, but fun for adults as well as kids. From classics to new and trending, we've got a great selection of games available right now.

Check out our top recommendations for family games.

1. Magnetic Dartboard

All the fun of darts, with none of the wall damage! This magnetic dart board is a modern twist on the classic game. The magnetized dart board reduces frustration, is safe for children to use, and won't damage walls or floor.

2. Kids Against Maturity

Get ready to laugh! This instant classic is a hilarious fill-in-the-blank game. Ever played Cards Against Humanity? This is a kid-friendly version. Each player gets 10 white answer cards and takes turns asking the blue question cards. Each question asker chooses the funniest answer, and the player with the highest amount of chosen responses wins. Best for 4 or more players. Great for parties!

3. Spaceteam

Spaceteam is a fast-paced, cooperative shouting card game where you work together to repair your malfunctioning spaceship. It's for 3-6 players and takes only about 5 minutes per game. Great for travel and restaurants.

4. Catan

Catan is the original strategy board game, a classic game of trading and expansion. Players compete to gather resources and build the biggest settlements on the fictional island of Catan. Learn in about 15 minutes. Play time is around 60 minutes. 3-4 players.

5. Four in a Dough

A tasty spin on the classic game of Connect 4. First to get 4 of their doughy treats in a row wins! It's small, lightweight and portable so great for travel and restaurants.

6. Bean Bag Toss

This classic bullseye game is entertaining for all ages.  Kids and adults can enjoy hours of fun as they throw the bean bags into the holes and score points. Comes with six beanbags and a scoring board. It's small size makes for easy storage.

7. Chess/Checkers

There's nothing like the time-tested, classic, strategy games of chess and checkers. Enjoy both games in one with this traditional Checkers/Chess set that's made from high-quality wood.

8. Telepathy

We love this 2 player strategy game in my house. Players go head to head to see who can be the first to guess their opponent's secret square. Players ask questions to learn information about their opponent’s selected square (color, icon, coordinates). By crossing off wrong guesses, and circling clues, you get closer and closer to figuring it out.

9. Sock Memory

Memory is one of those games that little kids love, and they can often win. It's challenging for anyone to remember where the matches are! This version has 32 wooden tiles with images of funky patterned socks. A great way to develop concentration, memory and observation skills. Portable too!

10. Weather Balancing Game

How high can you balance the different weather pieces? This is a game of skill and nerve that will have the whole family joining in. Players must take it in turns to stack each piece on top of the umbrella without making it topple over. Simple for little ones to learn, but challenging for all ages.

11. Charades for Kids

Charades for Kids is designed for kids, but is fun for the whole family to play together. Cards have clues with words and matching pictures, making this easy for non-readers. 3 levels of game play allow younger players to participate while still making it challenging for older players.  Small and easy to pack and take on vacation or to a friend's house for game night.

12. Twister

This classic game gets everyone up and moving (and laughing!) People have been getting twisted and tangled playing Twister since the 1960's, so you know it has to be fun. If you haven't played since you were a kid yourself, we not give it a try.

That's all for this week's round-up. What game does your family love to play? Please chime in on the comments and share with us!
